Do you take insurance?
Yes, we are able to provide services for all PPO plans. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We require payment of the full fee at the time of service and will provide you with a super-bill that can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement of charges.
Can I get reimbursed for this service by my insurance?
Yes, if you have an insurance that reimburses for out of network claims, we will be happy to provide you with documentation to submit an insurance claim on your own. This is also known as a “super bill” and includes a receipt with a tax ID number, date of service, and the proper diagnostic codes upon each visit. We want to make this as easy as possible for you to get care you deserve. However you need to keep in mind that your treatment history, including any information you provide in therapy, will have to be shared with the insurance at their request. Life Coaching sessions cannot be reimbursed by the insurance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Payment for services is required prior to your appointment. We will provide a full refund if your appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If cancelled within 24-48 hours you will receive a 50% refund. If cancelled 24 hours or less then no refund will be provided. All major credit cards are accepted.
